Cognitive behavioral therapy that helps you feel better, one step at a time
A calm, professional space to work through anxiety, low mood, stress, and the thoughts that keep you stuck. Online sessions, 45 minutes each.

What is cognitive behavioral therapy?
CBT is practical and goal-oriented. It starts from a simple idea: the way we think shapes how we feel and what we do. Together, we'll learn to notice the thoughts and habits that are hurting you, and to change them.
Anxiety & stress
Practical tools to quiet your mind and feel in control again.
Low mood
Rebuild your energy, your motivation, and the routines that make you feel good.
Thoughts & fears
Learn to question what holds you back and act with more confidence.
Self-esteem & relationships
Be kinder to yourself, and closer to the people around you.
Sessions are available in Spanish, my native language, or in English, which I speak proficiently.
